• Warm up (5min)
• Swim Etiquette, Risks & Rules
• Safe Entry to the water from various places
• Breathing exercises for relaxed swimming 
• Floating on front, star float, mushroom float, 
  
• Floating on back
• Regaining standing position
• Movement in the water, submersion and playful water activities
  
• Streamline and gliding exercises
• Body position technique practice
• Kicking practice
• Arms technique practice
• Correct Timing for chosen stroke

1 x HOUR SWIM CONSULTATION, COACHING & DEBRIEF
